We have a small park near the house that has a small pond in it. The pond is stocked with crappie, bluegill, trout, largemouth bass and now warmouth. I fish it when the family goes. I guess it would be more appropriate to say that the family comes with me to visit the playground when I fish it. Anyways, I went Friday night and managed to catch some good sized fish. They were attacking the black bead head wooly bugger like crazy. I did manage to get into a school of crappie. I also saw a few hold over trout take some swipes at the fly as I retrieved it.
